1. About these terms and conditions
1.1. Company information
Exel Composites Store Oy is a subsidiary of Exel Composites Plc through which the Exelwebstore, www.exelwebstore.com, (“Exelwebstore”) operates. We sell products to private individuals who are of age and to businesses.

1.2. Webstore information
Exelwebstore is composed of two webstore sites, the international area (available in English and Finnish) and the Australian area (available in English). Product offering may vary between the two, but major products are available on both areas. Registration is necessary only to either one of the two webstore sites.
In addition, Exel Composites has two webstore sites in China, www.exelcomposites.en.alibaba.com and www.frp-jh.en.alibaba.com. Separate registration as well as terms and conditions apply for these webstore sites.
1.3. Warehouse information
Exelwebstore includes three warehouses located in Finland and in Australia. The contact information of the warehouses is:

Please note that based on the location of the delivering warehouse, it may be that the sales contract is concluded in English language.

1.5. These General Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) set out the terms and conditions that apply when you place an order through Exelwebstore. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these T&C before you can submit an order to Exelwebstore. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to the T&C.
1.6. These T&C do not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
2. Registration, order and acceptance
2.1. To submit an order you must first register to Exelwebstore. You can browse through Exelwebstore without registration, but a customer account is necessary to place an order.
2.2. Creating an account requires you to give your name and email address, as well as a tax number if you are registering a company as an Exelwebstore customer. You are also requested to give and confirm a password of your choice. A successful registration is confirmed by an email sent to the address you submitted during registration with your login information as a reminder.
If you are under the age of 18, please ask your legal guardian’s permission before registering and ordering products through Exelwebstore.
Once you have created your account, you will have access to your personal account (“My Account”), which is where you may now manage your personal information and delivery addresses, as well as review orders, order status, payments, returns, among other, as well as subscribe to news about Exel Composites.
2.3 Each submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. For every order, the customer agrees to our valid terms of delivery. Orders are subject to our acceptance and we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept your order, including where:
1. Orders cannot be processed due to an error in the information you have provided to us;
2. There is an error on our site relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on our site; or
3. The products that you have ordered are no longer available through our site.
We will, unless we suspect that your order was placed for fraudulent purposes, send you a message to your Exelwebstore account, or an email if necessary, if we are unable to accept your order, informing you of the reason.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected by us in error, please contact us.
2.4. Once we receive your order, you will receive a message to your Exelwebstore account, or an email if necessary, confirming receipt of your order. The confirmation includes the following information: the progress of the order, the products ordered, the delivery address for the products, the amount of the order, the method of payment, the order number, the date of the order and the estimated shipping date.
Please check the information in this confirmation message and contact us in case of questions. Also, if you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact us before placing another order for the same product.
Once your order has been confirmed, you can track the progress of your order at “My Account”.
Please note that if your order includes products from different webstore sites and/or warehouses, they shall be handled as separate orders and delivered from different locations. This means that shipping costs occur (as shown in “Check out”) from each delivering location and that payment too is to be made separately for each order.
2.5. You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed by us.
If your order has already been dispatched, see section 6. Returns, refunds and exchanges and please contact us.
3. Product availability
All product information includes information on their availability. If a product is not available on stock at a specific warehouse, we will give an estimate as to when the product will be available again. Note that if a product is not available at one specific warehouse, it may be available at another.
We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to information about products displayed on our site, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes. We will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after we have accepted an order to supply the product to you.
4. Order tracking and delivery
4.1. We make deliveries across the globe. In case your choice of country is not available in the order form, please contact us. You will be informed of any territorial restrictions before finalizing your order.
We deliver orders as packages. The delivery of our products is handled by United Parcel Service (UPS), TNT and by the Finnish postal service, Posti, in Finland.
4.2. As soon as we dispatch all, or parts, of your order we send you a message (“delivery notice”) to your Exelwebstore account to confirm that your order has been accepted by us.
We ship products every weekday and any changes to schedules are reported on your Exelwebstore account. After the delivery notice, we send products for transportation within 1-3 weekdays, and after this you can track your package by means of a tracking number either via “My Account” or either of the delivery companies.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days after receiving your delivery notice, please contact us.
4.3. Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country/area to which the product is being shipped. Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries are paid by the customer.
4.4. Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although we aim to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, we cannot promise that they are accurate.
4.5. We reserve the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments. If you request separate shipments or order from different warehouse locations, you will be responsible for extra shipping costs.
4.6. Once the product has been delivered to and received by you, and provided that we have received full payment for the product, it becomes your property and you will consequently become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
4.7. Please note that if goods have been damaged during transport, the recipient must ensure that this is duly registered in the consignment note. Exelwebstore will not accept any complaint concerning transport without it.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. The product’s price is as indicated at Exelwebstore when you place your order. If you are registered as a company and depending on your location and the delivery address, the system will adjust the amount due payment according to the applicable taxes.
5.2. Products and their delivery costs are paid in conjunction with the order. Delivery expenses include shipping and packing costs. You can check the estimated delivery expenses after you have selected the method of payment and delivery, and the delivery address.
The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the Exelwebstore. Online payment methods are provided by PayPal and Paytrail (only in Finland).

6. Returns, refunds and exchanges
6.1. 14-day consideration period and refunds of non-faulty merchandise
All products ordered from Exelwebstore are covered by a 14-day right of return from the date that the product is received. All products returned must have been tested only, not taken into use, and they must be in saleable condition. All parts related to the product must be included in the package.
Depending on your request and the condition of the returned product we can issue a voucher to Exelwebstore, issue a bank transfer or refund the product using the original payment method. Delivery costs are not refundable.
6.2. Refunds or exchanges in case of a faulty product
If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a product which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, or which does not correspond to the description on our site, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and the T&C.
This provision does not set-aside your mandatory legal rights in this respect.
6.3. Returning a product
When you return a product for either refund or exchange, please log in to “My Account”, select the section “RMA” and “Request New RMA”, follow the instructions and make sure the system approves the return.
Once you have submitted the return and it has been approved, you can monitor the status of the return at “My Account”. When the status of your return notification changes from “Pending” to “Approved”, you can send the product to the warehouse that delivered the product. Shipping costs are to be paid by the sender.

7. Personal information
When you create your Exelwebstore account and place an order through our site, you will be providing us with personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the products ordered and for other purposes specified during registration. Exelwebstore treats all customer information in complete confidence and will not disclose any customer information to a third party. You are able to check, manage and delete your personal information at any time through “My Account”.

8. General terms
The contract between you and us is governed by the law of Finland for Exelwebstore’s international area and by the law of Australia for the Australian area.
If either you or we do not enforce or delay enforcing any of our rights under a contract, this will not stop us from doing so at a later date.
If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.
